    Cady Hand held micrometer.   This is a smaller version of the popular lab base Cady Micrometers.   with an overall size of 4 1/2'" x 6".  It features a 2 1/2" throat.   7 to 9 psi load with 5/8" anvils.   Standard range is 0-5/16"; However, a range of 0-.400" is available at an extra cost    Available Dial faces HA (0.001") or HM (0.01 mm).   It's a  solid die cast micrometer weighting just over 24 ounces.
